We use your data to process and manage your booking, send booking confirmations and updates, provide customer support, send optional marketing communications (with your consent), analyze usage to improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: contractual necessity (to fulfill your booking), legitimate interests (improving our services, fraud prevention), consent (marketing emails), and legal obligation (tax records, law enforcement requests).

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processors), all under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.

Booking records are retained for 7 years as required by Thai tax regulations. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, subject to legal hold requirements.

8. Your Rights (PDPA)
