1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1234EV platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving license to rent a vehicle. Foreign nationals must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their home country license.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from 1234EV. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
4. Payments & Deposits
Full rental payment is due at pickup. A refundable security deposit of ฿10,000–฿30,000 (depending on vehicle class) is held at pickup via cash or card authorization. The deposit is released within 3–5 business days upon safe return of the vehicle.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. To cancel, contact us by phone or email.
6. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used lawfully within Thailand only unless prior written consent is obtained. Smoking, pets, and off-road driving are prohibited. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, toll charges, and parking fines incurred during the rental period.
7. Insurance
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance as required by Thai law. The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by the included insurance. Optional comprehensive coverage is available at checkout.
8. Fuel / Charging Policy
All electric vehicles are delivered fully charged. The vehicle must be returned with a minimum of 20% battery charge. A battery recharge fee of ฿500 applies for vehicles returned below 20%.
9. Late Return
Vehicles returned late without prior notice will be charged at the daily rental rate, pro-rated hourly. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you require an extension.
10. Liability
1234EV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total rental fees paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
1234EV reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
